About
After studying at St Martin’s School of Art, and gaining an MA at Brighton University, Glynis worked in illustration and design, and now, predominantly, as a printmaker. She has taught printmaking, papermaking, illustration and painting, and particularly enjoys producing prints through screen printing, etching and linocuts.
Glynis and her family have been visiting the Suffolk coast for many years and finds it inspiring. She is currently producing cut-out cards focusing on her interest in 3-D paper sculptures, pop-ups and paperwork of all kinds. The cards begin as linocuts from images of the seaside, or illustrations.
